The project is located in the attractive Žižkov district of Prague and combines quality architecture, high-end living and long-term investment potential.
The Central Park Praha residential complex, awarded the Grand Prix 2010 national architecture prize, offers exceptional living with an extensive private park covering 15 000 m², modern interiors, terraces and underground parking.
The investment strategy involved acquiring a portfolio of nine apartments with various layouts, using them as rental housing and subsequently realising their value through individual unit sales.
The project represents one of the completed investments in the premium residential property segment of the Prague market.
