In the zoning plan, part of the land with an area of approximately 5,000 m2 was registered as NE - a general mixed area and the other part with an area of approximately 11,000 m2 as LV - forest stand. The aim was to buy land and then sell it with a description of possible future use. The whole project lasted about 1 year.
