RICHMAN BUSINESS BAR
The aim was to transform the Central Park Prague café into a luxury restaurant with the acquisition of all necessary permits and a complete redesign of the space, including design and equipment with furniture and equipment.
Na Bělidle 65 - purchase of 3 flats and subsequent sale with division into 6 flats
In the project Na Bělidle 65, Prague 5, we changed the layout of 2 housing units to 5, one unit remained unchanged. As part of the project, we did a complete reconstruction with the subsequent sale of 6 apartments
"Jiránkova vila" - purchase and subsequent sale of land in Hrdlořezy, Prague
The aim of the project was to purchase building plots of approximately 5,000 m2 and the adjacent, relatively large Brazilian forest, which extends to the natural monument of the river Rokytka. Land with forest has about 11,000 m2
Malešická - purchase and reconstruction of a 5 + kk apartment with subsequent sale
Complete reconstruction of a 5 + kk apartment, including the construction of a new bathroom and a change in the layout of the apartment
Gorazdova 11 - reconstruction of a large apartment 5 + 1 with subsequent use
The aim of the project was to change the 5 + 1 apartment in the center of Prague so that we could reconstruct it and change the layout of the apartment, which created 2 residential units. Subsequently, the two newly created units were used to bring the highest possible return

Complete reconstruction of 2 + kk, including the creation and realization of the interior.
