The intention of the reconstruction in Prague's Smíchov was to create 5 housing units from the original 2. 

Our task was to create 5 smaller housing units from our client's original apartments (3kk and 5kk), completely reconstruct them, rent them and then sell them all. Thanks to the elegant layout and suitable design, the housing units are cozy and modern. 

The whole reconstruction lasted about 6 months and immediately after its completion, the project was sold to interested parties.

All 5 apartments were rented before the reconstruction is completed.
