One of our interesting projects is changing the purpose of use from a café in the Central Park Prague residence to a luxury restaurant. Within the project, it was necessary to solve all the necessary building permits to change the purpose of use and reconstruction. As part of this, we completely changed the layout of the property, which gave us more space and, most importantly, a better arrangement of all elements. In the newly acquired space, we have built new air conditioning, a nice kitchen and a modern bar. Our designers prepared a completely new sophisticated design, bought furniture, equipment and restaurant equipment. All this corresponds to the investor's idea.
